EDGE Air is a high-performance CO₂, Temperature, and Relative Humidity datalogger designed for monitoring indoor air quality in schools, offices, labs, and shared spaces. Available in WiFi and Cellular versions, it combines long-life data recording, real-time alarms for momentary and long-term CO₂ exposure, a low-power e-paper display, and unlimited notifications via email, SMS, and phone calls to ensure healthier and safer environments.

Advance Alarm function :
- Immediate Alarm: Real-time email, text message, and automated phone call alarms to multiple recipients if any parameter falls below or exceeds the set threshold.
- Delay for Alarm: Up to 24-hour delay can be set to notify only if measurements remain out of range for a specified period, reducing false alarms.
- Trend Detection: Sends email alarms if a drift beyond a certain adjustable percentage is detected over a specific adjustable period.
Recording (Sample) Intervals: Adjustable from 1 minute to 30 minutes (down to 2 seconds or up to 120 minutes upon request).

MaxLinc does not require a paid subscription — Standard access is completely free, and email alarms are always included.
Each device also comes with an initial $5 credit for SMS and phone-call alarms (approximately 250 SMS at $0.02 or 100 calls at $0.05 within US/CA). Credits are shared across all recipients and charged according to the phone number’s country code. Once the initial credit is used, you may purchase additional credit online — but you will still be able to view recent data and receive email alarms without buying credit.
Each device also includes one free year of Premium Access, which unlocks:

After the first year, the device automatically returns to Standard Access (free), which limits historical data to the last 45 days and prevents adding new collaborators (existing shared users remain active). Premium Access can be restored at any time for $23.99 per device per year.
Warranty
All devices include a 2-year limited warranty, excluding consumable parts (e.g. batteries) and damage caused by water exposure, impact, or improper handling.
Leased Equipment
Leased units include lifetime Premium Access, plus $2 of SMS/phone-call credit every month, and are covered by a lifetime limited warranty (same exclusions as above).
